All Avari Gold Multan COMPLIMENTARY Accommodation Vouchers will be accepted by all Avari Hotels and Avari Xpress Hotels & Residences, up to the time the Hotel has less than 80% occupancy at the time the reservation is requested.
No Avari Gold Benefits can be offered or adjusted once a member has checked-in.
All Avari Gold Multan COMPLIMENTARY Accommodation Vouchers will be accepted by all Avari Hotels, Avari Boutique and Avari Xpress Hotels, up to the time the Hotel has less than 80% occupancy at the time the reservation is requested.
The Complimentary Accommodation Vouchers will be valid only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Public Holidays in Pakistan.
The Complimentary Accommodation Vouchers cannot be used (or accepted)-

When occupancy of that weekend or holiday is already at 80% or higher (at the time the
reservation is requested). However, the special, Avari Gold room rate may be used (subject
to room availability).
During specific blackout dates due to “city-wide” activities (IDEAS, EXPO, INTERNATIONAL EVENTS, etc.). However, the special, Avari Gold Multan room rate may be used (subject to room availability).
For any reservations made through a Travel Agent (including Online), Corporate Account,
GDS, etc. (e.g. avari.com, Agoda, booking.com, travelclick.com, etc.) and subsequently,
requested by the Member to convert the same against the Complimentary voucher.
Complimentary vouchers will only be applicable for use by the principal Member (on
presentation of the original voucher & original Avari Gold Card)

Avari Gold room rate will be 10% discount off the Rate of the Day/BAR (plus Tax per room per night,
single/double) will be charged at all Hotels. (Subject to availability, at time of booking). (Extra persons will
be charged the Hotel Extra bed rate per night)
The special Avari Gold room rate will be honored AT ALL TIMES (even over the 80%
occupancy and also during blackout dates). In other words, NO RESTRICTIONS when booking
the room at Avari Gold Multan Special Room Rate, even during high occupancy periods. However, please
note, in the event the Hotel is already fully booked at the time reservation is made for your desired
dates, such reservations cannot be accommodated
Avari Gold Members can book a maximum of 2 rooms per stay, provided the Gold Card
Member(s) occupies at least one of the rooms. If a Member wants more than 2 rooms per stay, it will
depends upon the occupancy of the respective Hotel at check-in or at time of reservation (whichever
earlier) and solely at the discretion of the Hotel Manager at that time

Central Room Reservation department has been clearly informed to provide FIRST priority to Avari Gold members for their room reservations. Members are therefore, requested to contact the Central Reservation Department directly.

No discount is offered on banquet, conference, meeting and events.

Discounts will only be applicable on presentation of the original valid Avari Gold Card, bearing name and photo of the Cardholder.
Avari Gold Member needs to be personally present in order avail any dining discount or any other Avari Gold Card benefit.
The Avari Gold Card is valid until the expiry date printed on the front of the card.
The Avari Gold Card is for the sole use of the Member named and pictured and is non-transferable.
Un-authorized use of the Avari Gold Card by any other person will result in the Card being cancelled without refund.
The Avari Gold Card fee is non-refundable.
If a member does not renew his Avari Gold membership in a year, it will be treated as a New member in future.
A complimentary, duplicate Avari Gold Card will be issued in the event of the loss of the original Avari Gold Card.
Avari Gold Card discounts will not be applicable on Room Packages, Room or Food & Beverage Promotions or Special / Low Budgeted Promotions in conjunction with other applicable discount through either Credit Cards / Debit Cards (vice versa) or it will be at the discretion of the respective Hotel.
Children will be considered for Children’s discounts by the Hotel as per the Hotel’s Restaurant policy but in that case, the Avari Gold discount will not be applicable.
The right to refuse acceptance of the Avari Gold Card at any outlet, at any time, without cause, remains with Avari Hotels.
Avari Hotels has the unilateral rights, without cause, to cancel / reject the membership of any member.
